This
variation of Eagle has a very fierce and external appearance; the
hands move fast, and the final movement (the eagle grasp) is a combination
of hitting/pushing at the same time. The body looks 'hard' from
the outside, but it keeps the 'softness' in the inside. The position
of the feet may vary from a bow and arrow stance to a san ti stance.

1 -3 : From San Ti posture, step to the right side with the right foot,
45 degrees. The left foot follows and stops, touching the right leg.
At the same time, the left arm makes a wide full circle, counterclockwise,
and stops at the same height of the beginning. The right fist moves
to the hip, then twists clockwise, and stays at the side of the hip,
palm up. All this is done in a single motion, without stopping.
4 : From the position above described, the body begins to move to the
left. The palms open, and the right hand passes over the left.
