1-2 : From San Ti, both fists go to the Dan Tien, palms down. The position of the feet stay the same.

3 : The right fist drills up to the left side. Make a short step without changing the position of the feet.

4 : Move your body to the right. The left fist passes over the right, the right foot goes close to the left. Don't stop.



5 : The right foot steps to the right side, in a low stance. The left palm pushes down, in the same direction as the right knee. The right palm goes back to the hip, palm down. The thumb points to the hip. The intention is fierce and the hand goes pushing/striking at the same time.

6 : From the same position, the left fist drills up, the right foot stays in front. Repeat the form.
