Zha Shi Chui is an advanced Xingyi form that combines the 5 elements and 12 animals in one single form. The practicioner learns to use the whole body as a unit of power. It contains advanced methods and combinations, some already seen in the 5 elements, the Lianhuan Form and the animals, and some not too common movements, like deep horse stances (The "Pushing the Window to see the moon" and "Three Basins Sinking to the ground" postures), circling hands and punch/kick combinations.

Jonas Morel and Felipe in the "Lazy Dragon Lies on the Road" section of Zha Shi Chui.

It proves to be a great conditioner of the whole body, working out every part of it. With continuous practice of the form, the student will know how to combine all the forms he has learned previously, and will understand how to react and change techniques without a thought. The student also learns to issue the five different energies combined in a flowing, smooth way, without the use of clumsy force.
