Step-by-step Walkthrough

When Pao Quan's Jing is manifested the stagnant Qi in the heart can be released to the surface of the body. The heart is also related to your emotions. If the Qi is circulating smoothly in the heart, your emotions will be clear and the spirit can be raised high. It is believed that the tongue is related to the heart, so you are able to understand the condition of the heart from the condition of the tongue.

Although the movements of Pao Quan are not difficult, its deeper meaning is the hardest to understand. In order to make the Pao Jing strong, the emotional mind must be stimulated to a high level, and this emotional feeling is then exploded into the Jing.

Song of Pao Quan
The two elbows embrace tightly and raise up the feet. Two fists are tightened and the Yang fists are required. The front hand must be Heng and the rear arm bent. Two fists are as high as embracing the navel.

Qi follows the body movement and enters the Dan Tian. The hands and feet fall together and the threee tip line up. When the fist strikes, it is only as high as the heart. The tiger's eye of the front hand is facing upward.

Ther rear fist drills upward to the eyebrows. The eye of the tiger is facing downward and the elbow is dropped. When Pao Quan begins to stirke, the front foot is raised. As the step falls, the front fist drills upward. Fists and feet fall together with crossing step. The rear leg follows closely with Heng.
