1: From the San Cai (San Ti) posture, raise your left hand and foot, rotating your hand counterclockwise.

2: As you raise your left foot, turn the entire leg counterclockwise, so that the left foot point to the left.

3: Place your left foot directly ahead of you, and sink all your weight onto your left leg. Your back should remain straight from heel to crown, although on an incline of about 45 degrees.

4-5: Pull yourself forward and vertical, rotating your left arm up until the left palm faces skyward, all of your weight on the left leg, standing in chicken stance.



6: Drive your right hand up your centerline and forward as you step forward with your left foot. You right hand should twist clockwise, as if turning a screwdriver. Your left hand should draw down and back toward your abdomen.

7: Follow step with your left foot, weight in rear, hips rotating to the left to drive the right hand forward.

8: Drilling with the left hand.
